Bonuses and Promotions

joa99 currently offers new members a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. A 10x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirements and validity period, which will be stated on the relevant promotions page before the bonus is claimed.
• A valid, verified account is required to participate in bonus activities.
• One household, device, IP address, or payment method cannot be used to claim multiple bonuses.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; the principal amount becomes withdrawable after the wagering requirements are met.
• joa99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or fraud is found, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

5.2 VIP Program

joa99's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback applies at each tier — up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.4% at Silver, up to 0.6% at Gold, and up to 0.8% at Platinum. Following the applicable terms and conditions is mandatory to receive VIP benefits.

Gaming Rules
